Amen to that! I live in a coastal village normally with 30% occupancy but now during holiday season bloated with visitors.
Houses of 3 or 4 bedrooms that are used three or four weeks out of 52.
Such abundance of wealth yet paucity of generosity in the midst of a housing crisis we are suffering now in Australia.

I really feel this, Greg. Thank you for your thoughts. It seems so wrong that countless numbers of homes are unoccupied much of the year. Here in the US it's the same thing and there are also countless people without one home--let alone two.
