Sometimes I miss days and sometimes it feels like squeezing water from a stone...but often something will eventually come. I do it because the practice is the point, you know? Not the product or outcome. It's something I'm trying hard to teach myself.
Yes, the practice! I also write a poem every day. I have gotten twenty days ahead, so if I'm really sick or in pain, I can skip a day. But I always try and get back to my twenty poems ahead.
Yeah I understand exactly what you are saying but the attempt at consistency and just being creative week after week even if it’s not every day makes it amazing.
